Crystal L. VanWagner of Wallkill, passed away on September 13, 2026 at the Hudson Valley Hospice Residence in Hyde Park. She was 40 years old. Crystal was born on December 23, 1985 in Goshen, New York to Kenneth Stawarz and Carla VanWagner. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by sons, John Hoffman and Connor Hoffman; daughter, Ava Hoffman; sister Cheryl L. Stawarz (Harold Bruggemann).
She was predeceased by her parents.
Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to the Make a Wish Foundation.
