Judith A. Graham of Wallkill, passed peacefully at home on Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Born in Cornwall on August 20, 1947, Judy was the daughter of Ana Palen and Joseph N. Vogel.

She is survived by her loving husband, John “Chip” Graham; her brother, Joseph Vogel and his wife Kathleen; her niece, Jennifer Aviles and her husband Manuel; and her nephew, Christopher Vogel and his wife Jennifer.  She is also lovingly remembered by her great-nieces Taina & Aubrey; great-nephews, Manuel and Julian, and cousins.

Judy spent 30 years working as a Program Manager at U.S. Military Academy at West Point.  She and her husband, Chip, who also worked at West Point, made the trip over the mountain together each day. It became part of their routine. Judy was the “chauffeur” while Chip happily slept on his way to work.

Judy had a deep and unwavering love for animals, especially her beloved dogs and cats.  Over the years, many four-legged companions shared her home and her heart.  She never thought of them simply as pets-they were her children, her family and source of endless love and companionship. She cherished each one and gave them a lifetime of devotion, kindness, and care. Her love for her animals was a beautiful reflection of the generous and loving heart she carried throughout her life.

Judy will be deeply missed by her family who loved her and, of course, her four-legged family members who were so fortunate to be loved by her.

As per Judy’s wishes services will be private.
