On Thursday, December 29, Sheriff Juan J. Figueroa was sworn in as the Sheriff of Ulster County for his second term in office. The ceremony took place at the Ulster County Courthouse in Kingston, where he was sworn in by retired U.S. Marine Corps. Master Sergeant, Michael Jorn. After taking his oath of office, the Sheriff swore in Eric Benjamin to serve as the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Undersheriff.
